A foundation in the ethical

Our range of luxury hair and body care products are made with sustainable ingredients and ethically produced in Australia. Our products are never tested on animals and many of our products are vegan friendly.

We are invested and involved in every aspect of the product, from the soil to the finished package, with the same intent: be natural, be ethical and treat the land with respect.

Our pledge is simple: sustainability leads the way. It shapes every decision we make, ensuring a legacy for the generations to come.

Our history

We acquired the property in 2018 spending time to harvest and regenerate the plantation, where in 2019 we harvested our first crop and Freshwater Farm began.

Originally a dairy farm, previous owners turned the property into a native essential oil plantation. Sixty acres of tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) and thirty acres of lemon scented tea tree (Leptospermum petersonii) were planted, all grown from seeds, beginning what would eventually become Freshwater Farm.

In addition to this we currently have a number of other native oil producing varieties in our propagation green house awaiting transplantation. Amongst them are Kunzea ambigua, Atriplex nummularia (old man salt bush),Melaleuca ericifolia (lavender tea tree ) and Leptospermum polygalifolium to help our bees produce more Manuka Honey.

The story isn’t finished yet, we will continue to add more native plant varieties to our farms range of essential oil producing plants. This allows us to provide more native habitat for our range of native birds and animals in our nature reserve. Look for updates in Our Diary every month.
