COVID-19 Update and Response

At Freshwater Farm we are doing everything we can to ensure the ongoing safety and protection of our team and our valued customers. We understand this is a difficult time for us all and we are doing our best to provide as much support as we can. 

 Shipping Updates 

Freshwater Farm is still shipping all orders as usual. Ensuring our customers receive their orders as quickly and safely as possible is our first priority. Our team is working extremely hard to get all orders packed and shipped as fast as possible. We do have a higher than usual volume of orders so please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be packed. Freshwater Farm uses a variety of shipping partners which are selected based on costing and the fastest time to ship to your location. A small number of our shipping partners may have delays due to changed practices and increased orders as a result of COVID-19. Please note that we can no longer guarantee next business day delivery for Express Post orders. Whilst these delays are unfortunately out of our control, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. At both our factory and office hygiene and safety practices have been implemented as follows below:

- Workers must wash and sanitise hands when entering/re-entering and leaving the factory or office

- All workers are to wear a face mask in the office or factory

- All workers are to have their temperature checked with a digital scanner once they enter the factory or office

- Non essential or high risk office workers are working from home

- Relocation of our packing room so that our packing assistants may practice social distancing 

- Face to face meetings in the office with clients have been suspended
