If any item you purchase from Freshwater Farm arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will either refund the purchase price and delivery fees or provide a replacement product.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact  enquiries@freshwaterbrands.com.au

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence of any visible damage to the item(s). If we request the item to be returned,  we will cover the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING FAQs

We ship all orders within 2 business days.

We offer FREE standard domestic shipping on all orders over $40.00. All orders under $40.00 will be charged $6.95 for shipping. Please select the EXPRESS shipping option at checkout if you would prefer your order to be sent via Express Australia Post. The Express shipping option incurs an extra cost.

Shipping times will depend on your location in Australia. All our orders have tracking numbers so that you can track and receive an estimate as to when your order will arrive.

Your order will be shipped from our Warehouse on the Northern Beaches, Sydney.
