Tell us about working alongside your mum and what it means to you?Sam: I’m lucky enough to work alongside my mum every day in the business, not many people get to do that, and I certainly don’t take it for granted- we make a great team!
Jane: We’ve been in business for 30 years and the last 5 years have seen both of our children, and their spouses join the business. We feel very lucky to spend this time together, working towards a common goal- although some days can be stressful!
What is the dynamic of working together?
Sam: The dynamic of working alongside mum is great, its very hard working in a family business but we do have a lot of fun along the way! In the last 5 years I’ve really wrapped my head around making sure it is fun and we don’t have as much stress. We all work really hard in the business, but we also have a great time of it as well and make sure that family members feel like family but so does everybody else in the business.
Jane: Its great actually, we love spending time together as a family which sees us through the tougher days in business. We get to celebrate the wins together and we like to ensure that everybody in our business feels like a part of our family.

Loving, thoughtful and very caring. Happy Mother’s Day Mum!
